Extension of Duration

"Section 1. Duration. This Declaration... shall run with and bind the Property... for a term lasting until January 1, 2045, hereinafter termed the 'Renewal Date.' Upon the Renewal Date, these covenants shall be automatically extended... unless the Owners... approve the amendment, revision, or complete dissolution... by a majority vote..."
